Peggy StacyPeggy Stacy is an experienced Consultant Dietitian who is the owner of the Perth Diet Clinic and an active accredited member of the Dietitians Association of Australia She works on a one to one basis giving dietary advice to people on diet and health related issues and overseas talks and contract work in hospitals, nursing homes, hostels, schools and mining centres. Peggy has written cookbooks over many years. She is best known for ‘Living into the 21st Century with Diabetes’ which is a cookbook and lifestyle guide, and excellent for all people looking to family health. It has complete nutritional analysis for all recipes. It is available from the clinic for $10.00 including GST or from this web site for additional $5 postage and handling. It is sold a newsagencies through out Western Australia and at most Diabetes outlets across Australia. Peggy has also written recipe books on tropical, vegetarian, low cost cooking, diabetes and overweight. Peggy wrote the section on food and nutrition in Health and Medicine in the West Australian for just over a year. Copies of the articles and recipes may be found on the web site.Peggy has recently been the author of a book "Keeping It Off- Healthy Eating for Weight Control" This is available through the clinic for $10.00 Peggy sees clients in West Perth on Tuesday afternoon. She is now semi-retired but still runs the clinic, maintains diet sheets and the web site and is available for mentoring. |

San TranSan Tran has been employed as a dietitian at the Perth Diet Clinic since June 2010. She is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with experience in many areas with greater expertise in weight management, malnutrition, insulin resistance, diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure management and gastrointestinal disorders. |

Lindsay PeacockLindsay Peacock is a experienced dietitian who qualified in 1990. She is an accredited member of the Dietitians’Association of Australia. She specialises in sports nutrition, obesity, diabetes, heart disease, irritable bowel syndrome, food allergy, food intolerance and Fodmap's.Lindsay has written and conducted talks to a wide range of groups including ante-natal, junior schools, high schools, sports clubs, work places, hospital staff and catering groups. Lindsay has a growing family so understands nutrition and children. Lindsay works at Leeming on a Friday and see clients on Monday and Wednesday in West Perth. She is a very capable and experienced dietitian. |

Bev RuelloBev is our practice manager and does most of the everyday running of the clinic. She can answer questions about which dietitian, where you should come and she has a basic understanding of diet and what we do. She is excellent with DVA and medicare plus. Any problem, Bev will be able to respond or forward you on to the best dietitian. She is assisted by Katherine. |

Louise McEvoyLouise is a part time dietitian who is capable of handling most difficult and unusual health problems related to food and nutrition. Feel confident that she will help you to solve your health and nutritional problems as she has a strong personality and is excellent in motivation. She is available to see clients on Saturday in West Perth. |
