Peggy Stacy
Peggy Stacy is an experienced Consultant Dietitian who is the owner of the Perth Diet Clinic and an active accredited member of the Dietitians Association of AustraliaShe works on a one to one basis giving dietary advice to people on diet and health related issues and overseas talks and contract work in hospitals, nursing homes, hostels, schools and mining centres.
Peggy has written cookbooks over many years. She is best known for ‘Living into the 21st Century with Diabetes’ which is a cookbook and lifestyle guide, and excellent for all people looking to family health. It has complete nutritional analysis for all recipes. It is available from the clinic for $19.80 including GST or from this web site for additional $5 postage and handling. It is sold a newsagencies through out Western Australia and at most Diabetes outlets across Australia. Peggy has also written recipe books on tropical, vegetarian, low cost cooking, diabetes and overweight. Peggy wrote the section on food and nutrition in Health and Medicine in the West Australian for just over a year. Copies of the articles and recipes may be found on the web site.Peggy has recently been the author of a book "Keeping It Off- Healthy Eating for Weight Control" This is available through the clinic for $10.00
Peggy sees clients in West Perth on Tuesday afternoon. She is now semi-retired but still runs the clinic, maintains diet sheets and the web site and is available for mentoring.
Peggy has 2 children and two grandchildren. She has had many years experience in all fields of nutrition, food preparation and loves helping people.
Louise McEvoy
Louise is our chief dietitian and assists with the running of the clinic. She is capable of handling most difficult and unusual health problems related to food and nutrition. Feel confident that she will help you to solve your health and nutritional problems as she has a strong personality and is excellent in motivation.
She specialises in insulin resistance, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and Diabetes.
Louise joined us from a strong background in Diabetes. She is a diabetes educator as well a qualified dietitian. She spent time in a country practice in the Eastern Wheat belt so understands the problems associated with living in remote areas.
Louise is experienced in running small groups, assessing catering and menus as well as all aspects of one to one consulting. Louise spent time with the Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service looking at diabetes and heart disease prevention as well as considerable time working for Diabetes Australia. She is available to see clients on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday in West Perth as well as Tuesday pm and Wednesday am at Duncraig.
Lindsay Peacock
Lindsay Peacock is a young English trained qualified dietitian who is an accredited member of the Dietitians’Association of Australia.She specialises in sports nutrition and diabetes. She has a wide range of expertise and enjoys dealing with obesity, diabetes, heart disease and gut problems. Lindsay often gives lectures to ante-natal, pre-school and high school groups as well as sports clubs, hospital staff and catering groups. She will particularly appeal to the young, athletic type of client.
Lindsay returned to us after spending two years in England last year. She has a little girl, Emma who has just started school.
Lindsay works at Leeming on a Friday and see clients on Monday and Wednesday in West Perth. She is a very capable and experienced dietitian.
Lynda McMullin
Lynda is a young dietitian, who is a accredited practicing dietitian with the Dietitians Association of Australia. She has been working in private practice for over two years and has experience counselling a wide variety of clients/patients on a one-to-one basis.Lynda also has experience working in medical research on range of osteoporosis, stroke and dementia studies. Her special interests include osteoporosis, diabetes (she has completed the diabetes educators training course), heart disease and weight loss. Lynda’s love of helping people and her patient, caring nature make her a wonderful dietitian.
Her hobbies include reading, cooking, beach volleyball and netball. Lynda works at Apple cross on Monday morning, Leeming on Tuesday afternoon is available at our West Perth clinic on Friday afternoons and every 2nd Saturday morning.
Cathie Frost
Catherine Frost
Cathie qualified in NSW before coming over to Perth to experience life on the West Coast. She is a provisional APD and is a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia. Cathie has previous experience in both the hospital and private practice setting. Her main interests are diabetes, weight loss and renal disease. She is very passionate about improving the lifestyles of her clients so as to benefit their health and wellbeing. She and co workers have submitted an article on diabetes to a national journal.
As well as regular work in Nursing Homes throughout the Perth Metropolitan area, Cathie is available to see clients on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings at our West Perth clinic as well as all day Thursday at Rockingham.
Cathie’s sunny personality and empathy makes her a great dietitian.
Preeti Chauhan

Preeti qualified in Canberra as a mature age dietitian having in her previous life been a doctor in India.
Preeti has a love of life, great enthusiasm and excellent rapport with clients.
Her interests are music, travel and reading.
She is doing clinics in Apple Cross and West Perth as well as specializing in nursing homes, menu assessment and analysis. Gastrointestinal disorders, Diabetes, heart disease and weight reduction are her special interests. You will find her easy to talk to and very understanding and supportive.
Su Chew
Su joined us from the South West where she was the community dietitian for two years in Collie and a year in Manjimup.Su is experienced in personal consultation with clients of diverse backgrounds. She is also experienced in nutrition advocacy through community education. She loves food and cooking, learning about the stock market and investing and traveling.
Su has a winning personality and is excellent with clients. Su has had a baby boy in April 2007 so she is on maternity leave at present.
