Muesli slice
Ingredients
3 cups homemade muesli
1/2 cup castor sugar (110 grams)
1/2 cup rice flour (65 grams)
1/2 cup honey (180 grams)
1/2 cup peanut butter (approx 125 grams)
1/3 cup melted mono/polyunsaturated margarine (85 grams)
Method
Combine homemade muesli, castor sugar, rice flour, honey, peanut butter and melted margarine.
Pour into a 28 cm x 18 cm tray lined with baking paper and press firmly.
Bake at 180oC for 20 to 25 minute.
Allow to cool before cutting into 20 rectangles.
