Banana Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
3 tablespoons of skim milk powder (24grams)
1 small banana, mashed (100grams)
2 teaspoons honey (14grams)
2/3 cup water (165ml)
Method
Combine powdered milk, banana, honey and water in a bowl or blender. Whisk or blend until smooth.
