| Ingredients |
500 grams lean beef or chicken mince 2 small grated carrots (150 grams) 1 small zucchini (100 grams) 3 tablespoons soy honey marinade (69 grams) 1 cup bread crumbs (120 grams)

| Method |
Mix mince, carrot, zucchini, marinade and bread crumbs together. Form into 12 small patties. Cook in a nonstick fry pan over low heat, covering once browned.
