Caesar dressing
Watch the quantity of dressing you use if you are trying to lose weight.
Ingredients
1/2 cup virgin olive oil (125ml)
1 egg (50 grams)
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice 940 ml)
3 anchovies (15grams)
1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce (gluten free if required) (7.5ml)
Method
Blend oil, egg, mustard, pepper, lemon juice, anchovies and Worcestershire Sauce together. Store in the refrigerator and use sparingly or use a low fat commercial one.
