High fibre foods include natural bran, bran cereals, museli, wholemeal bread, fruit skins, vegetables, nuts, seeds, lentil beans, (e.g.Baked Beans). Oat bran is beneficial in large amounts. It takes one heaped cup to make a noticeable drop in cholesterol levels. Always read labels on cereals to make sure they do not contain products such as coconut.
