Untoasted Muesli
Recipe from "Living in the 21st Century with Diabetes"
Ingredients
4 cups instant oatmeal (400grams)
3 cups natural bran (150grams)
1-1/2 cups wheat germ (120grams)
1-1/2 cups 4 Bran Mix (250grams)
3/4 cup dried chopped apricots (100grams)
1/2 cup chopped pecans (50grams)
2/3 cup sultanas (100grams)
Method
Mix oatmeal, bran, wheat germ, bran mix, apricots, pecans and sultanas together.
Store in an airtight container.
Serves : 24
