Home-made muesli
Ingredients
2 tabsp Australian Skim Milk Powder (20 grams)
1 cup puffed corn or puffed rice (30 grams)
1/4 cup rice bran (40 grams)
1 tabsp sesame seeds (10 grams)
1 tabsp sunflower kernels (12 grams)
1 1/4 cups chopped dried fruit (pawpaw, banana, apricots, currants, sultanas)(210 grams)
2 tabsp shredded coconut, toasted (10 grams)
Method
Combine all ingredients and keep in an airtight container until required.
Serve with milk or yoghurt.
