Asian Beef & Vegetables
Ingredients
500grams rump steak
3 cups of mixed vegetables such as carrot, capsicum, snow peas, broccoli
1 tablespoon toasted pinenuts
Marinade
2 tablespoon soy sauce (gluten free if required)
2 tablespoons lemon juice (40 ml)
1 teaspoon of oil (8 grams)
A little ginger and garlic for flavouring
Method
* Microwave the vegetables until just tender.
* Lightly grill the steak.
* Slice the steak while hot and toss through the marinade.
* Garnish with the pine nuts.
* Serve hot or cold with the vegetables.
