Asian Beef & Vegetables
| Ingredients |
500g rump steak 3 cups of mixed vegetables such as carrot, capsicum, snow peas, broccoli 1 tablespoon toasted pinenuts
Marinade 2 tablespoon soy sauce 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon of oil A little ginger and garlic for flavouring |

| Method |
* Microwave the vegetables until just tender. * Lightly grill the steak. * Slice the steak while hot and toss through the marinade. * Garnish with the pine nuts. * Serve hot or cold with the vegetables. |
