Braised Fennel
Ingredients
Garlic 1 clove cut in half (3 grams)
Fennel 2 bulb small (470 grams)
Oil (Olive) 2 teaspoon (18 grams)
White Wine 0.5 cup (125mls)
Method
Slice fennel in halves (or quarters if large). Place in small casserole dish.
Combine remaining ingredients, pour over fennel. Cover, bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes (or microwave on HIGH for 12-15 minutes).
