Sweet Maple Carrot Dip
Ingredients
6 large peeled and chopped carrots
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 teaspoons maple syrup
Method
Boil or steam carrots until soft. Combine with other ingredients and use a food processor or hand mix to blend until smooth.
