Pork Burrito
Ingredients
150 grams lean diced pork
White Pepper
Sweet Paprika
Olive oil spray (1.5 grams)
1 Mountain bread wrap (25 grams)
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce (20 grams)
1/2 small sliced tomato (50 grams)
1/4 small sliced onion (12 grams)
1/2 small grated carrot (50 grams)
Lettuce
Method
Season pork with a small amount of white pepper and sweet paprika Set aside in fridge for 30mins to marinate
Heat a non-stick fry pan to medium heat and spray with one spray of spray olive oil
Cook pork until just brown
Spread sweet chili sauce on a wrap
Top with cooked pork, tomato, onion, carrot and lettuce
Wrap up and enjoy
