Chicken Pizza
Ingredients
1 mountain bread wrap (25 grams)
150 grams skinless chicken breast
Herbs and spices of choice
2 tbsp pizza sauce or tomato paste (50 grams)
1/4 sliced red capsicum (35 grams)
1/4 small thinkly sliced onion (12 grams)
1/2 small diced tomato (50 grams)
2 sliced mushrooms (28 grams)
1/4 cup low fat grated cheddar cheese (30 grams)
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Sprinkle the chicken breat with herbs or spices of your choice
Wrap a chicken breast in foil and bake for 30min or until cooked Remove and slice up small
Spread a pita bread with pizza sauce
Top with chicken pieces, sliced capsicum, sliced onion, sliced mushroom, diced tomato and ¼ cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
Bake in the oven until cheese melts and pita bread crisps.
