Baked Fish and Vegetables
Ingredients
200g Fresh white fish eg schnapper, basa, perch
Herbs and spices of choice eg thai, moroccon
2 flowerets broccoli (45 grams)
2 flowerets cauliflower (26 grams)
1/2 cup sliced green beans (50 grams)
1 small sliced carrot (100 grams)
Small piece sweet potato, peeled (100 grams)
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Lay the fish on some al-foil, sprinkle with herbs or spices of your choice
Wrap up and bake for approximately 20mins, depending on the size of the fish
Meanwhile, steam vegetables

Note
If you have limited time, swap steamed fresh vegetables for a steam vegetable pack available in supermarkets. If you have extra time, bake the sweet potato in the oven , wrapped in foil, for approximately 40mins.
