Low Joule Caesar Salad Dressing
Recipe from "Living in the 21st Century with Diabetes"
Ingredients
1/4 cup light (97 % fat free) mayonnaise (65ml)
2 tabsp lemon juice (40ml)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (gluten free if required) (5ml)
1 crushed clove garlic (3grams)
1 - 2 well drained Anchovies (10grams)
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard (3grams)
Black pepper
2 tabsp parmesan cheese (18grams)
Method
· Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, anchovies, mustard, black pepper and parmesan cheese together in a kitchen whiz or blender.
Serves : 6
