Meat and Vegetable Patties
Ingredients
125 grams lean beef mince
1/2 small grated carrot (40 grams)
1/4 small zucchini (30 grams)
1 tablespoons soy honey marinade (gluten free if required) (25 grams)
1/4 cup bread crumbs (gluten free if require gluten free or low FODMAP)(30 grams)
Method
Mix mince, carrot, zucchini, marinade and bread crumbs together.
Form into 2 small patties.
Cook in a nonstick fry pan over low heat, covering once browned.

Variations
Try lean chicken mince or tuna for variety.
Tips
Always use the leanest meat to keep the saturated fat in your diet as low as possible. Lightly covering and steaming these over low heat, helps to keep them moist.
