Berry Yummy Stacks

Berry Yummy Stacks

Ingredients

50g low fat natural yoghurt
50g low fat vanilla yoghurt
1/2 cups frozen berries (55grams)
2 chopped almonds (2.5grams)
2 choppd walnuts (3.5grams)

Method

You will need a serving glass
In the bottom of the glass, place a layer of yoghurt
Follow with a layer of berries, then a small amount of the chopped mixed nuts
Follow with another yoghurt layer, then a berry layer
Do another yoghurt layer, then top with the remaining nuts
Chill in the refrigerator for 15mins before serving
