Pork San Chow Bau for One
Ingredients
100grams raw chicken mince
1 tablespoon Soy sauce (20ml)
¼ cup diced capsicum (30grams)
½ cup shredded zucchini (30grams)
½ cup grated carrot (70grams)
1 diced spring onion (15grams)
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce (25ml)
4 washed lettuce leaves (20grams)
Method
Cook the chicken mince using a small amount of soy sauce instead of oil in a wok.
Once browned, add capsicum, zucchini, carrot, onion and the remainder of the sauce and stir until mince is cooked and vegetables are softened.
Serve the meat and vegetable mix in a bowl with a plate of washed lettuce leaves.
Spoon the mix into the leaves, roll them up and enjoy.
