Berry Yummy Snacks
Ingredients
200grams low fat natural yoghurt
200grams low fat vanilla yoghurt
2 cups frozen berries (230grams)
8 chopped almonds (9.6grams)
8 choppd walnuts (14grams)
Method
You will need 4 serving glasses
In the bottom of each glass, place a layer of yoghurt
Follow with a layer of berries, then a small amount of the chopped mixed nuts
Follow with another yoghurt layer, then a berry layer
Do another yoghurt layer, then top with the remaining nuts
Chill in the refrigerator for 15mins before serving
