Sesame Side Vegetables
Ingredients
1 tsp sesame oil (5grams)
2 cloves crushed garlic (6 grams)
2 julienned carrots (280grams)
8 halved broccoli florets (180grams)
1 thinly sliced red capsicum (140grams)
12 sweet peas (40grams)
10 sliced mushrooms (140grams)
2 tbsp soy sauce (gluten free if required)(40 mls)
1 tsp sesame seeds (6 grams)
Method
In a large wok or pan, heat sesame oil
Add garlic and cook stirring for 1min
Add carrot and broccoli and cook for 2-3mins
Add the rest of the vegetables and the soy sauce and cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables have slightly softened. Keep them crispy
Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve
