Winter Fruit
Use 1/4 cup a day on cereal
Ingredients
4 medium peeled and chopped apples (600 grams)
2 medium peeled and chopped pears (250 grams)
30 medium chopped stoned prunes (200 grams)
30 chopped dried apricot halves (150 grams)
1/2 cup water
Method
Peel and chop apples and pears.
Add to dish with chopped prunes and apricots.
Stir through water and cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave on high for 15 to 17 minutes or until soft.
Allow to cool and refrigerate.
Serves : 20
