Chicken Caesar Salad
Ingredients
2 cups well wash greens- Cos & Iceberg or other available lettuces
½ cooked skinless chicken breast (80grams)
1 Tablespoon Caesar dressing
2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese
6 Croutons
Method
Toss well washed and crisped lettuce.
Slice chicken in strips across the grain.
Place chicken on top of salad and drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Croutons just before serving.
Serve immediately.
