Creamy Mustard Dressing
Recipe from "Living in the 21st Century with Diabetes"
Ingredients
3/4 cup non fat natural yoghurt (175ml)
2 tabsp light (97 % fat free) mayonnaise (40ml)
1 tsp curry powder (5grams)
1 tsp grained mustard (5grams)
1 tabsp fresh or 1 tsp dried dill
Method
* Prepare dressing by mixing yoghurt, mayonnaise, spring onion, curry powder, mustard and dill together.
* Pour dressing over hot potatoes and use in German Potato Salad or use as a dressing for cubed cucumber.
Serves : 8
