French Lamb Cutlets
8 well trimmed lamb cutlets (300grams)
2 tabsp French seed mustard (40grams)
Brush well trimmed lamb cutlets with mustard and leave for 30 minutes.
Spray a grill with oil and heat until hot.
Grill for about 5 minutes on one side and then turn.
They should be medium rare and still spongy when done.
Serve over Sweet Potato Mash with sugar snap peas.
