Butter Bean Spread
Use this delicious spread on toast or fresh bread
Ingredients
1-300 grams tin of drained butter beans (200 grams)
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 tabsp lemon or lime-juice (20 ml)
2 teaspoons olive oil (20 grams)
1 clove crushed garlic (3 grams)
½ teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Drain butter beans and then put in a food processor with lemon rind, juice, oil, garlic and cumin.
Use as a spread on toast or as a dip with vegetables.

Note
