Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) could be called the mystery illness of this age. It is a common problem seen in medical practice that is not a progressive or degenerative disease. Arthritis
This is National Arthritis week. There are two million Australians affected with this debilitating disease causing symptoms of persistent pain, fatigue, swelling and stiffness in one or more joints.

Lupus
Lupus can be a debilitating autoimmune disease. It is sometimes found in fairly mild forms and at other times it is quite severe.
Although there is not a dietary intervention that will significantly change the outlook for Lupus, there are considerations that should be made. Seek the help of an acredited practising dietitian for support and help in controlling weight, boosting the immune system, preventing vitamin deficiencies and osteoporosis.
