Vegetarian Nutrition
Vegetarian diets can be very healthy, but only if well balanced. Nutrition advice is given to general vegetarians as well as lacto-ovo-vegetarians, lacto-vegetarians, and vegans. Assistance will be given with recipes and meal plans Special care will be taken to ensure all nutrients are adequate, especially iron, vitamin B12, calcium, zinc and protein.
Lists of food sources for each nutrient are supplied.
