Brownes Heart Plus
This milk has been supplemented with omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to help reduce blood pressure and blood lipids/fats.
They also reduce the likelihood of blood clots and have anti-inflammatory properties (useful for Rheumatoid Arthritis and Inflammatory Bowel Disease).
This milk is a good source of omega-3’s, providing 200mg per cup (250ml). It also provides 50% of the RDI for folate and vitamins C, E, B6 and B12 in each one cup serve. Although more expensive than regular milks, we would recommend this milk.
Serve size = 250ml = 1 cup
