Cola Drinks and Brittle Bones

Phosphoric acid and caffeine interfere with Calcium absorption. Cola drinks are high in these. Even 4 drinks a week can lead to a 3.8% drop in bone density. This is significant.

Osteoporosis : How to build better bones

Calcium and weight bearing exercise are the best known and probably most important factors for keeping bones strong and preventing osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is a condition where the bones become frail and easily broken.
