Irritable Bowel
This is one of the most common bowel complaints and one that usually can respond to a combination of diet modification and stress control.

Diverticular Diseas

Constipation
A high fibre, well balanced diet with adequate fluid and exercise can help constipation. Even severe constipation can be helped with a combination of diet and supplements.
A detailed dietary history will be taken and individual needs addressed.
