Pasta
Pasta can be very easy to overeat. If you are watching your weight, control the amount of pasta at any one time. Excess carbohydrate beyond your requirement will be deposited as fat. To stop yourself from overeating, do not cook the whole pasta packet! Make just enough for you and others eating. If you want leftovers for lunch, serve the leftovers into storage containers as you serve up plates. This way you will be less tempted to go back for more.
